Rooibos for Holidays “Chai” Style
Prepare Rooibos -
Loose one table spoon per 6 oz. of boiling water.
Steep for 3 - 5 min.
For Hot Holiday Chai
Add cream or milk and:
Add 1/8 teaspoon one of the following
Add powdered cinnamon
Add powdered nutmeg -
Add 5 whole or (powdered) cloves
For Holiday Chai on Ice
Cool it down and serve it over ice.
